Atomic congestion games among coalitions
We consider algorithmic questions concerning the existence, tractability, and quality of Nash equilibria, in atomic congestion games among users participating in selfish coalitions. We introduce a coalitional congestion model among atomic players and demonstrate many interesting similarities with the noncooperative case.

Advanced Hybrid Techniques for Cyberattack Detection and Defense in IoT Networks
ABSTRACT The Internet of Things (IoT) represents a vast network of devices connected to the Internet, making it easier for users to connect to modern technology. However, the complexity of these networks and the large volume of data pose significant challenges in protecting them from persistent cyberattacks, such as distributed denial‐of‐service (DDoS)

From Particle to Purpose: A Systems‐Theoretical Model of Unity and Coherent Adaptation
ABSTRACT This paper develops a conceptual integration that bridges classical systems theories with insights from the Islamic intellectual tradition, focusing on the notion of zerre (particle) as articulated by Said Nursî. We reinterpret zerre as a systems‐theoretical agent that exhibits lawful responsiveness without autonomy, offering a new lens on how

Congestion Games and Coordination Mechanisms
In recent years we witness a fusion of ideas coming from the fields of Game Theory, Networks, and Algorithms. One of the central ideas in this new area is the notion of the price of anarchy [5,7] which is an attempt to measure the deterioration in performance of a system due to selfish behavior of its users or components.

ABSTRACT This article investigates the characterization of cascading phenomena within sociotechnical systems through a systematic review and the development of a conceptual modelling framework. Cascading phenomena, often described using terms such as ripple effect, domino effect, cascading failure, risk propagation and cascading effect, capture the far‐

Silent Sinus Syndrome: 13‐Year Experience With Endoscopic Surgery and Long‐Term Patient Outcomes
ABSTRACT Objectives Silent sinus syndrome (SSS) is a rare condition characterized by spontaneous maxillary sinus collapse with associated orbital deformity. Existing studies are limited by heterogeneous surgical approaches, small sample sizes, and short follow‐up.

Building Blocks as Experiences in Dynamic Capacitated Arc Routing Problems
ABSTRACT The dynamic capacitated arc routing problem (DCARP) aims to update the service paths of vehicles in the capacitated arc routing problem when uncertain factors deteriorate the current schedule of vehicles' services. A DCARP scenario comprises a series of DCARP instances that share similarities with each other. Therefore, optimisation experience
