PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.

Valency based domination number for Mycielskian of some graphs [PDF]
Let G = (V, E) be a connected graph and γvb(G) denotes the valency based domination number of G or simply vb-domination number of G. In this paper, analogous to isolated vertex in domination, defined valency based isolated vertex (or simply, vb-isolated ...

Connected Partitions via Connected Dominating Sets
The classical theorem due to Győri and Lovász states that any $k$-connected graph $G$ admits a partition into $k$ connected subgraphs, where each subgraph has a prescribed size and contains a prescribed vertex, as long as the total size of target subgraphs is equal to the size of $G$.

Erythropoietin administration suppresses hepatic soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) expression, leading to increased CYP‐derived epoxides. This is associated with a shift in hepatic macrophage polarization characterized by reduced M1 markers and increased M2 markers, along with reduced hepatic inflammation, suppressed hepatic lipogenesis, and attenuated ...

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

For a graph G=(V,E), the k-dominating graph of G, denoted by $D_{k}(G)$, has vertices corresponding to the dominating sets of G having cardinality at most k, where two vertices of $D_{k}(G)$ are adjacent if and only if the dominating set corresponding to one of the vertices can be obtained from the dominating set corresponding to the second vertex by ...

14‐day casting‐induced immobilization reduced gastrocnemius muscle mass and increased non‐heme iron and ferritin heavy chain levels. Despite iron accumulation, transferrin receptor 1 and iron regulatory protein 2 were paradoxically upregulated. Lipid peroxidation was elevated without compensatory antioxidant responses.

Perfect connected-dominant graphs
If \(D\) is a dominating set in a graph \(G\) and \(G[D]\) is connected, then \(D\) is a connected dominating set. The minimum size of a connected dominating set in \(G\) is called the connected domination number of \(G\), denoted by \(\gamma_c(G)\). A graph \(G\) is a perfect connected-dominant graph if \(\gamma(H)= \gamma_c(H)\) for each connected ...

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.
