The relationship between molecular connectivity and partition coefficients
Abstract Kier & Hall (1976) demonstrated that a relationship existed between molecular connectivity and Log P (the Log of the octanol/water partition coefficient) for several classes of compounds and also for the combined classes. This work utilized a number of Log P values calculated using π values.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Spatial time-series modeling with R system
In this paper we propose modeling technique, which was applied to multivariate time series data that correspond to different spatial locations (spatial time series). ARIMA model class is considered for each location.

A New Wavelet Method for Solving a Class of Nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm Integral Equations
A new approach, Coiflet-type wavelet Galerkin method, is proposed for numerically solving the Volterra-Fredholm integral equations. Based on the Coiflet-type wavelet approximation scheme, arbitrary nonlinear term of the unknown function in an equation ...

9j-coefficients and higher [PDF]
The su(2) 3j-coefficients (or 3j-symbols), 6j-coefficients, 9j-coefficients and higher (referred to as 3nj-coefficients) play a crucial role in various physical applications dealing with the quantization of angular momentum.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Standardized Coefficients of Multiple Regression Beyond One and Multicollinearity Diagnostics
Standardized coefficients of multiple regression, also known as beta coefficients, by absolute value are usually smaller than one, but sometimes they can exceed one.

On Subspaces of an Almost 𝝋-Lagrange Space
We discuss the subspaces of an almost 𝜑-Lagrange space (APL space in short). We obtain the induced nonlinear connection, coefficients of coupling, coefficients of induced tangent and induced normal connections, the Gauss-Weingarten formulae, and the ...

Remote Assessment of Ataxia Severity in SCA3 Across Multiple Centers and Time Points
ABSTRACT Objective Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a genetically defined ataxia. The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a clinician‐reported outcome that measures ataxia severity at a single time point. In its standard application, SARA fails to capture short‐term fluctuations, limiting its sensitivity in trials.
