Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Valorization of steel fiber from discarded tires in fly ash concrete
The construction sector continues to grow, but it is always looking for materials that do not generate CO2 during their production. Therefore, this research evaluates the physical and mechanical properties of concrete by using fly ash (FA) as a partial ...

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Systems engineering studies of lunar base construction [PDF]
Many ingenious concepts have been proposed for lunar base construction, but few systematic studies exist which relate time-consistent lunar base construction technologies and the choice of lunar base approach with the long-term SEI objectives - i.e ...

On ADE Quiver Models and F-Theory Compactification
Based on mirror symmetry, we discuss geometric engineering of N=1 ADE quiver models from F-theory compactifications on elliptic K3 surfaces fibered over certain four-dimensional base spaces.

An Introduction to Civil Engineering Construction Technology in Civil Engineering Construction
The commercial demand and urbanization demand brought about by economic development have increased the quantity and quality requirements of construction projects. Civil engineering in the construction process needs to be supported by a number of technologies, such as foundation technology, steel structure technology, concrete technology, etc., the only

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
