We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

Mean value problems of Flett type for a Volterra operator
In this note we give a generalization of a mean value problem which can be viewed as a problem related to Volterra operators. This problem can be seen as a generalization of a result concerning the zeroes of a Volterra operator in the Banach space of ...

Aged human bmMSCs are seeded in the scaffold. Osteoblastic induction can slightly increase cell's bone‐forming activity to produce bone‐like tissues, shown as the sporadic xylenol orange‐stained spots (the lower left image). Notably, pioglitazone plus EGCG co‐treatment dramatically increases cell's bone‐forming activity and bone‐like tissue production (

dUTPases are involved in balancing the appropriate nucleotide pools. We showed that dUTPase is essential for normal development in zebrafish. The different zebrafish genomes contain several single‐nucleotide variations (SNPs) of the dut gene. One of the dUTPase variants displayed drastically lower protein stability and catalytic efficiency as compared ...

A generalization of strongly irreducible ideals with a view towards rings of continuous functions
In this note, we introduce and study the concept of a semi-strongly irreducible ideal, a natural generalization of a strongly irreducible ideal. We say an ideal I of a commutative ring R is semi-strongly irreducible if for ideals J and K of R, the ...

Bleimann, Butzer, and Hahn Operators Based on the q-Integers
We give a new generalization of Bleimann, Butzer, and Hahn operators, which includes q-integers. We investigate uniform approximation of these new operators on some subspace of bounded and continuous functions.

Hensel’s lemma for general continuous functions
In the present paper, we generalize the well-known Hensel's lifting lemma to any continuous function $f : \mathbb{Z}_p\rightarrow \mathbb{Z}_p$. This answers a question posed by Axelsson and Khrennikov (2016) who showed the validity of Hensel's lemma for $1$- and for $p^ $-Lipschitz functions.
