Amphoteric Cu‐Doping Leading to High Thermoelectric Performance in p‐Type Bismuth Antimony Telluride
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.This study shows that Cu plays two opposite roles in p‐type Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 depending on the processing route. Biodegradable 3D‐Printable and Coatable Antifouling Composites for Marine Applications
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.Marine biofouling damages submerged surfaces and raises greenhouse gas emissions. Biodegradable antifouling biocomposites were developed by hot‐mixing beeswax, Tween 80, and calcium stearate or stearic acid. Adjusting the component ratio enables processing via hot‐pressing, 3D‐printing, or dip‐coating.

Emergence of a Hexagonal Fe2S2 Single Layer Without a Bulk Counterpart via Phase Transformation
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.Upon annealing, single‐layer Mackinawite iron sulfide transforms into a previously unknown hexagonal Fe2S2${\rm Fe}_2{\rm S}_2$ phase with β$\beta$‐CuI structure. STM, LEED, and first‐principles calculations identify the structure and show that electronic correlations and magnetic order are important for its stability.
