KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

We carry out a perturbative determination of mass dependent renormalization factors and $O(a)$ improvement coefficients for the vector and axial vector currents with a relativistic heavy quark action, which we have designed to control $m_Qa$ errors by ...

We study an optimal control problem (OCP) associated to a linear elliptic equation $-\hbox{div}(A(x)\nabla y+C(x)\nabla y)=f$. The characteristic feature of this control object is the fact that the matrix $C(x)$ is skew-symmetric and belongs to $

On an Optimal -Control Problem in Coefficients for Linear Elliptic Variational Inequality
We consider optimal control problems for linear degenerate elliptic variational inequalities with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions. We take the matrix-valued coefficients in the main part of the elliptic operator as controls in .

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Understanding deterministic diffusion by correlated random walks
Low-dimensional periodic arrays of scatterers with a moving point particle are ideal models for studying deterministic diffusion. For such systems the diffusion coefficient is typically an irregular function under variation of a control parameter.

Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

We study the absolute stability of large-scale time-delay Lurie indirect control systems with unbounded coefficients. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach, we derive some novel absolute stability conditions for this class of Lurie systems ...
