Ovarian response to controlled stimulation and its predictors in a limited-resource setting

open access: yesBMC Women's Health
Background Infertility remains a serious health concern for Ethiopian women. Most of its treatment approaches entail controlled ovarian stimulation, the responses of which vary.

An Injectable ROS‐Responsive Nanozyme Hydrogel Regulates the Uterine Microenvironment to Prevent Intrauterine Adhesions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The injectable CeTA@GPP hydrogel is administered via intrauterine injection, forming a protective barrier. In the high ROS inflammatory microenvironment of injured endometrium, boronate ester cleavage triggers responsive CeTA release and local enrichment.

Progestin-primed ovarian stimulation outcomes in in-vitro fertilization (IVF) – A systematic review of the literature

open access: yesGynecological Endocrinology
Background: Progestin-primed ovarian stimulation (PPOS) stimulates ovaries to block the premature surge of luteinizing hormone (LH) by using micronized progesterone or a progestin during the follicular phase instead of the conventional gonadotropin ...

Impact of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome on intracytoplasmic sperm injection outcomes in poly-cystic ovarian syndrome women: A cross-sectional study

open access: yesInternational Journal of Reproductive BioMedicine
Background: Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a complex disorder that affects the endocrine, metabolic, and reproductive systems. While controlled ovarian hyperstimulation can increase the number of oocytes retrieved and improve the number of good ...

Epigenetic Reactivation of TNFRSF19 Suppresses Mitophagy and Sensitizes Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer to Doxorubicin

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TNFRSF19 is an epigenetically silenced regulator of mitophagy in triple‐negative breast cancer. TNFRSF19 deficiency activates the TGFBR1–SMAD3–PINK1 axis to promote mitophagy and confer doxorubicin resistance, whereas decitabine‐mediated restoration of TNFRSF19 suppresses mitophagy and enhances doxorubicin sensitivity, revealing a targetable epigenetic–

Dual‐Target Nectin‐4/FAP Heterobivalent Probe 68Ga/177Lu‐FZ‐NF‐1 for Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer: Preclinical Theranostic Evaluation and First‐in‐Human Translation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel hetero‐bivalent agent, 68Ga/177Lu‐FZ‐NF‐1, concurrently targets Nectin‐4 and FAP in triple‐negative breast cancer. It yields significant preclinical tumor regression and clinically identifies additional metastatic lesions missed by 18F‐FDG PET, demonstrating promising theranostic potential for personalized management.

SOX30 Facilitates Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Metastasis via TNFR2–NF‐κB Signaling and Tumor Microenvironment Remodeling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SOX30 drives triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) metastasis through a dual mechanism: direct activation of the TNFR2/NF‐κB signaling cascade and subsequent CCL20‐mediated recruitment of tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) into the tumor microenvironment.
