Ovarian response to controlled ovarian stimulation for fertility preservation before oncology treatment:A retrospective cohort of 157 patients

open access: yes, 2017
This is a retrospective cohort study aiming to examine the response of oncology patients undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) for fertility preservation and to review the incidence of short-term complications.

SAV1 in Cooperation With FKBP52 Participates in Implantation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The MST‐SAV1 complex modulates FKBP52 phosphorylation to fine‐tune PR activity, ensuring timely uterine transition to receptivity under estrogen signaling for implantation. Stromal SAV1 scaffolds MST1/2‐mediated FKBP52 phosphorylation via noncanonical Hippo to promote PR activity.

Spatial Au+ Mapping Reveals a Self‐Amplifying Anti‐Tumor Immunity Loop Driven by Au(I) Complexes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The first report of spatial Au+ mapping of a representative gold complex (Au9). Macrophages, DCs, and tumor cells ranked as the top three in Au+ enrichment after Au9 treatment. Interestingly, Au9 treatment could induce ferroptosis and suppress cellular cholesterol, further eliciting a self‐amplifying anti‐tumor immunity loop.

Puerarin‑Loaded pH‑Responsive ZIF‑90 Nanoparticles Ameliorate Osteoporosis via Enhancing H3K18 Lactylation and Suppressing Aberrant Osteoclast Activation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic illustration of the mechanism by which ZIF‐90@PU alleviates osteoporosis via H3K18la‐mediated NFATc1 pathway suppression. ABSTRACT Osteoporosis is characterized by dysregulated osteoclast activity, leading to excessive bone resorption and structural damage.

Non-inferiority of progestin-primed ovarian stimulation versus GnRH antagonist protocol: A propensity score-weighted analysis

open access: yesJournal of the Formosan Medical Association
Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of the progestin-primed ovarian stimulation (PPOS) protocol versus the gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist (GnRH-ant) protocol in ovarian stimulation.

Elagolix as GnRH antagonist in controlled ovarian stimulation for intrauterine insemination [PDF]

open access: yes
Background: Controlled ovarian stimulation with gonadotropins may be complicated by premature luteinizing hormone surge and premature luteinization. Premature LH surge and premature luteinization can be inhibited by GnRH antagonists so that gonadotropin ...

Multi‐Layer Transcriptomic Comparison Across Human, Pig, and Mouse Informs Tissue‐ and Trait‐Specific Animal Model Selection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We integrated RNA‐seq data from humans, pigs, and mice across 15 matched tissues based on 14 910 one‐to‐one orthologous genes. Cross‐species similarity was systematically evaluated across multiple regulatory layers, including global co‐expression conservation, co‐expression networks, tissue‐specific programs, and 3D genome architecture.

Integration Analysis of Metabolome and Transcriptome Reveals the Effect of Lipopolysaccharide on Ovary Response to Stimulation

open access: yesImmunity, Inflammation and Disease
Objective This study aimed to elucidate the underlying mechanisms by which lipopolysaccharide (LPS) influences differential ovarian responses to controlled ovarian stimulation at the metabolite and gene levels.

Cannabinoid CB1 Receptor in Nociceptors Mediates Postoperative Analgesia via ASIC3 Inhibition

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CB1R and ASIC3 are co‐expressed in CGRP+ nociceptors of mouse DRG. Plantar incision triggers an upregulation of ASIC3 and activation of ASIC3+ neurons, driving mechanical allodynia. CB1R activation suppresses ASIC3 function and downstream ERK1/2 phosphorylation, thereby braking nociceptive signaling and accelerating pain resolution.
