Comparison between immediate and conventional implant loading for fixed and removable prosthesis
Magister Scientiae Dentium - MSc(Dent)Literature states that different loading systems have been explored; and are used depending on the clinical situation. The success with each of these systems also differs with regards to quality of bone, the length

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

FMEA of gasketed and non-gasketed bolted flanged pipe joints
Limited work is available in the literature on the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis of bolted flanged pipe joints. From previous comparative reliability studies of both gasketed and non-gasketed bolted flanged pipe joints, generally it is found that ...

Reevaluating Fracture Forming Limits in Bulk Forming Under Non-Monotonic Strain Loading Paths
This paper examines the applicability of the fracture forming limits (FFLs) derived from conventional monotonic upset compression tests for assessing the formability of non-monotonic strain loading paths. The work uses a simple test specimen subjected to
