Coordinating choice in partial cooperative equilibrium [PDF]
In this paper we consider symmetric aggregative games and investigate partial cooperation between a portion of the players that sign a cooperative agreement and the rest of the players. Existence results of partial cooperative equilibria are obtained when the players who do not sign the agreement play a Nash equilibrium game having multiple solutions ...

ON COOPERATIVE QUASI-EQUILIBRIUM MODELS OF TRANSCRIPTIONAL REGULATION [PDF]
Mechanistic models for transcriptional regulation are derived using the methods of equilibrium statistical mechanics, to model equilibrating processes that occur at a fast time scale. These processes regulate slower changes in the synthesis and expression of transcription factors that feed back and cooperatively regulate transcription, forming a gene ...

Photoswitchable Conductive Metal–Organic Frameworks
A conductive material where the conductivity can be modulated remotely by irradiation with light is presented. It is based on films of conductive metal–organic framework type Cu3(HHTP)2 with embedded photochromic molecules such as azobenzene, diarylethene, spiropyran, and hexaarylbiimidazole in the pores.

A pore tuning strategy to amplify the multi‐site MOF‐SO2 interactions is proposed to achieve an enhanced trace SO2 capture and chemiresistive sensing in highly stable isostructural DMOFs by annelating benzene rings. This work provides a facile strategy to achieve tailor‐made stable MOF materials for specific multifunctional applications.

A conjectural variation approach to vertical integration in agricultural cooperatives
Under the assumption that agricultural cooperative is a form of vertical integration, this paper, using conjectural variations, solves the profit-maximizing problem faced by the members in the multi-plant firm model in which they are vertically ...

Note on the Stability Property of a Cooperative System Incorporating Harvesting
The stability of a kind of cooperative model incorporating harvesting is revisited in this paper. By using an iterative method, the global attractivity of the interior equilibrium point of the system is investigated.
