Active Cycle of Breathing Technique Versus Oscillating Positive Expiratory Pressure Therapy Versus Exercise With Huffing During an Exacerbation of Bronchiectasis: A Randomised, Controlled Trial

Walking with huffing and the active cycle of breathing technique produced similar improvements in sputum expectoration and quality‐of‐life during hospitalisation for individuals experiencing a bronchiectasis exacerbation, while oscillating positive‐expiratory‐pressure therapy produced minimal changes.

The association between baseline neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and severe checkpoint inhibitor pneumonitis (CIP) was analyzed in discovery retrospective and validation prospective cohorts. Higher baseline NLR (≥ 4.75) was associated with increased severe CIP incidence in both cohorts.
