Bis(2-nitromalonamide-O,O')copper(II), [Cu{O 2 NC(CONH 2 ) 2 } 2 ], is a neutral complex. The Cu atom is octahedrally coordinated to six O atoms from four ligands and is situated on a centre of symmetry. Each ligand coordinates to the Cu atom via relatively short bonds from the amide O atoms.

Copper complexes of tricyclohexylphosphine

Abstract The preparation of copper(I) complexes with tricyclohexylphosphine (PCy3) is reported. From i.r. spectra in the range 4000-200 cm−1, mass spectra, molecular weight measurements and conductance measurements we suggest a trigonal configuration around copper in the complexes Cu(PCy3)2X with X = Cl or Br and CuPCy3X with X = Cl, Br or I.
