Edge Computing Technology Enablers: A Systematic Lecture Study
With the increasing stringent QoS constraints (e.g., latency, bandwidth, jitter) imposed by novel applications (e.g., e-Health, autonomous vehicles, smart cities, etc.), as well as the rapidly increasing number of connected IoT (Internet of Things ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

MODELING OF COUPLED EDGE STOCHASTIC AND CORE RESONANT MAGNETIC FIELD EFFECTS IN DIVERTED TOKAMAKS [PDF]
Attaining the highest performance in poloidally diverted tokamaks requires resonant magnetic perturbation coils to avoid core instabilities (locked, resistive wall and neoclassical tearing modes).

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Continuous integration concept in bank core systems [PDF]
Maģistra darbā detalizēti tiek analizēts esošais bankas kodola sistēmu izstrādes process, kas ir novecojis - nenodrošina pienācīgu versiju kontroli, testēšanu un piegādes ātrumu.
