Delayed Transplantation of Neural Stem Cells Improves Initial Graft Survival after Stroke
Delayed transplantation of human iPSC‐derived neural progenitor cells (NPCs) enhances graft survival, proliferation, and axonal sprouting after stroke. Using bioluminescence imaging and histology in a mouse model of stroke, it is shown that NPC delivery at 7 days post‐stroke is more effective than acute transplantation, highlighting the importance of ...

Homotopical Dynamics IV: Hopf invariants and hamiltonian flows [PDF]
In a non-compact context the first natural step in the search for periodic orbits of a hamiltonian flow is to detect bounded ones. In this paper we show that, in a non-compact setting, certain algebraic topological constraints imposed to a gradient flow of the hamiltonian function $f$ imply the existence of bounded orbits for the hamiltonian flow of $f$

Chirality governs the limbal epithelial stem cell fate. Right‐handed chirality enhances cell proliferation and differentiation, while left‐handed chirality partially maintains cell stemness. By activating the Notch pathway, 3D right‐handed chiral hydrogel offers a drug‐free and cell‐free strategy for effective corneal regeneration.

Consequences of Activity of the Supreme Commander of ‘Moldavian Army’, M. I. Kutuzov, for Romanian Principalities [PDF]
The Rapt of Bessarabia in 1812 was a direct result of expansionary policy pursued by Russia and Turkey in the Balkans during the second half of the XVIIIth century – beginning of the XIXth century.

This paper discusses the cobordism of Lagrangian submanifolds (in the monotone setting) and structures it as a category that is related in a functorial way to an appropriate (derived) Fukaya category. Are also discussed obstructions to cobordism based on properties of Lagrangian quantum homology, relations to Lagrangian surgery, as well as examples of ...

Volumic deformation of human cornea under pressure [PDF]
The cornea, as the outer element of the human eye, plays a pivotal role in vision. Any defects in its shape can result in visual impairments. Mechanical defect manifest as shape defects, as the cornea is under to pressure. Our study presents the first comprehensive observation of human corneal deformation throughout its entire thickness during an ...
