Natural Biomaterials for Osteochondral Repair: From Source to Strategy
Biological origin‐guided overview of natural biomaterials and therapeutic strategies for osteochondral tissue engineering. The circular diagram categorizes representative materials and strategies into plant/algae‐derived, microbial‐derived, animal‐derived, and human‐derived sources, centered on an osteochondral defect repair model.

The role of epithelial thickness mapping in corneal refractive surgery
Refractive surgery has stimulated significant progress in anterior segment imaging. Knowledge of epithelial thickness profile considerably increases the efficacy and safety of refractive procedures. This review aims to present new technologies evaluating corneal epithelial thickness and the most important clinical applications in the field of corneal ...

Corneal and epithelial thickness mapping in diabetic patients using optical coherence tomography
Purpose To evaluate corneal and epithelial thickness using the anterior segment optical coherence tomography and to correlate these changes with major disease parameters, that is duration of the disease, status of control (glycated hemoglobin level), and

Corneal epithelial profile in psoriasis patients with and without dry eye disease
Background Psoriasis is an immune-mediated systemic inflammatory disease in which corneal affection takes various forms such as dry eye disease (DED), punctate epithelial keratitis, and sterile corneal infiltrates.

Gellan gum fluid gel (FG) enables controlled ocular delivery of mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EV). Its shear‐thinning, solid‐liquid‐solid rheology ensures prolonged ocular retention. Sustained MSC‐EV release (∼18% in 6 hrs) supports effective EV ocular delivery.

Nocturnal Intraocular Pressure Monitoring With a Soft Contact Lens Sensor for Glaucoma Management
A soft contact lens sensor enables continuous, noninvasive monitoring of nocturnal intraocular pressure (IOP) under closed‐eye sleep conditions. By integrating a highly compliant inductive–capacitive circuit onto a commercial lens, the device achieves record sensitivity and stable performance.

Mechanical removal of epithelial hyperplasia leads to successful treatment of irregular astigmatism
Background Corneal epithelium remodeling in response to changes in the anterior corneal surface (keratoconus, corneal refractive surgery) is well-documented in the literature. However, several conditions may induce a different behavior of the epithelium,

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) show promise for treating immune‐related disorders through immunomodulation and tissue regeneration. This review gives a brief overview of current clinical approval of MSC therapies. It also discussed how bioengineering, including genetic modification, biomaterial delivery, extracellular vesicles, and iPSC‐derived MSCs,
