Producing MSCs on rigid culture substrates induces a scar‐making phenotype, jeapordizing therapeutic success. ‘Tissue‐soft’ surfaces prevent MSC fibrogenesis and preserve regenerative traits. An epigenetic network, driven by HOXA11 and SALL1, maintains ‘soft memory’ by keeping chromatin open in relaxed MSCs, promoting anti‐fibrotic programs.

Glaucoma, a major cause of blindness, involves retinal ganglion cell (RGC) degeneration. This study shows growth hormone‐releasing hormone receptor (GHRHR) deficiency preserves RGC survival and restores vision, unlike activation which only aids survival.

Wavelength Optimization in Femtosecond Laser Corneal Surgery
To evaluate the influence of wavelength on penetration depth and quality of femtosecond laser corneal incisions in view of optimizing procedures in corneal surgery assisted by ultrashort pulse lasers. We performed penetrating and lamellar incisions on eye bank corneas using several ultrashort pulse laser sources.

Corneal nerve regeneration is critical to corneal wound healing processes. The current study reveals a novel role of MG53 in promoting corneal nerve regeneration after alkali induced injury. Mechanistically, MG53 enters macrophages via its receptor, MPEG1, promotes MVP K63 ubiquitination, and triggers STAT6 induced repair‐related genes expression ...

Soft and Adhesive Cardiac Patch for Electrophysiological and Contraction Measurement
This study developed an epicardial electronic patch with a modulus similar to that of the heart (approximately 65kPa), which can collect stable electrocardiogram signals and myocardial contractility on the surface of a dynamically beating heart. This is attributed to the hydrogen bond interaction formed between the amino and catechol groups in the ...

We report a clinical case of femtosecond laser (FS) assisted deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) performed with the IntraLase FS 60 kHz laser after a previous FS anterior lamellar keratoplasty (ALK). Patient, 28-year-old female with clear lamellar

We developed the ASCAL pipeline, integrating complementary spatial transcriptomics, to construct a high‐fidelity mouse whole‐eye single‐cell atlas. Applying ASCAL to a retinal artery occlusion (RAO) model revealed spatially restricted immune activation localized to the ganglion cell layer and the selective depletion of a translationally active, outer ...
