Plasma Gelation as an Overlooked Determinant of Transfection Efficiency in Protein Corona‐Coated Lipid Nanoparticles: Implications for In Vitro–In Vivo Translation

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Upon contact with plasma, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) rapidly acquire a protein corona (PC) that redefines their biological identity. In calcium‐containing environments, these coronated particles trigger the formation of a gel‐like plasma network, profoundly altering their transport properties and reducing their effective availability.

Pre‐Regenerative Endothelial Cells Empowered by Antler Blood Exosomes Orchestrate Peripheral Nerve Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The pre‐regenerative vascular niche (PVN) is essential for nerve repair, yet its endothelial blueprint remains unclear. We identified angiogenic ECs (AECs) as the dominant pre‐regenerative subset and found that antler blood–derived exosomes (AB‐EXO) promote repair via IMP3.

Improvement of Corona Discharge Model and Its Application on Simulating Corona Discharge in the Presence of Wind [PDF]

open access: yesMathematical Problems in Engineering, 2017
To evaluate the effect of wind on corona discharges occurring on the tip of a grounded rod during a negative charging process of thundercloud, a two‐dimensional numerical model has been improved by considering the wind velocity as a driving force for the movement of the corona charges.
