Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Summary We have presented a pilot study of ten depressed patients as well as preliminary data from another study which suggests alternations in the diurnal pattern of steroid excretion in depression. We found evidence that the patient's own rating of his affect may be an accurate predictor of increased adrenal cortical activity.
