A Novel Approach in the WIMP Quest: Cross-Correlation of Gamma-Ray Anisotropies and Cosmic Shear
We present the cross-correlation angular power spectrum of cosmic shear and gamma-rays produced by the annihilation/decay of Weakly Interacting Massive Particle (WIMP) dark matter (DM), and by astrophysical sources.

Cosmic Gravitational Shear from the HST Medium Deep Survey
We present a measurement of cosmic shear on scales ranging from $ 10\arcsec $ to $ 2\arcmin $ in 347 WFPC2 images of random fields. Our result is based on shapes measured via image fitting and on a simple statistical technique; careful calibration of ...

Cosmic shear from STIS pure parallels [PDF]
We report on the marginal detection of cosmic shear on sub-arcmin scales with archive data from the STIS camera on board HST. For the measurement 121 galaxy fields with a field of view of 51'' x 51'' are used to obtain an rms cosmic shear of ~ 4% with 1.5sigma significance.

Forecast of Joint Analysis of Cosmic Shear and Supernovae Magnification from the CSST and LSST
Cosmic shear and cosmic magnification reflect the same gravitational lensing field. Each of these two probes are affected by different systematics. We study the auto- and cross-correlations of cosmic shear from the China Space Survey Telescope and cosmic

Multiple Weak Deflections in Galaxy-Galaxy Lensing
The frequency and effects of multiple weak deflections in galaxy-galaxy lensing are investigated via Monte Carlo simulations. The lenses in the simulations are galaxies with known redshifts and known rest-frame blue luminosities.

Plasmakristall‐4 Experiment: 10 Years of Operation in Orbit
ABSTRACT Plasmakristall‐4 (PK‐4) is a microgravity complex plasma laboratory operated for 10 years on board the International Space Station. Its main purpose is the particle‐resolved investigation of generic condensed matter phenomena using strongly coupled suspensions of microparticles immersed in low‐pressure gas‐discharge plasmas.

Tidal wind shear observed by meteor radar and comparison with sporadic E occurrence rates based on GPS radio occultation observations [PDF]
We analyze tidal (diurnal, semidiurnal, terdiurnal, quarterdiurnal) phases and related wind shear in the mesosphere/lower thermosphere as observed by meteor radar over Collm (51.3∘ N, 13.0∘ E).

Constraining primordial non-Gaussianity with cosmological weak lensing: shear and flexion
We examine the cosmological constraining power of future large-scale weak lensing surveys on the model of \emph{Euclid}, with particular reference to primordial non-Gaussianity.

Bioactive Magnesium Silicate Activating Myocardial Energy Metabolism For Infarcted Myocardium Repair
ABSTRACT The heart is a highly energy‐dependent organ, developing bioenergy‐activating biomaterials to activate myocardial adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production and restore dysregulated energy homeostasis is a promising solution for its functional recovery.
