Homogeneous ideals on countable sets [PDF]
We say that an ideal I is homogeneous, if its restriction to any I-positive subset is isomorphic to I. The paper investigates basic properties of this notion -- we give examples of homogeneous ideals and present some applications to topology and ideal convergence. Moreover, we answer questions related to our research.

ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate the diagnostic yield and utility of universal paired tumor–normal multigene panel sequencing in newly diagnosed pediatric solid and central nervous system (CNS) tumor patients and to compare the detection of germline pathogenic/likely pathogenic variants (PV/LPVs) against established clinical referral criteria for cancer ...

A Sharp Entropy Condition for the Density of Angular Derivatives
Let $f$ be a holomorphic self-map of the unit disc. We show that if $\log (1-\vert f(z)\vert )$ is integrable on a sub-arc of the unit circle, $I$, then the set of points where the function $f$ has finite Carathéodory angular derivative on $I$ is a ...

Folner tilings for actions of amenable groups
We show that every probability-measure-preserving action of a countable amenable group G can be tiled, modulo a null set, using finitely many finite subsets of G ("shapes") with prescribed approximate invariance so that the collection of tiling centers ...

ABSTRACT Background Kaposiform lymphangiomatosis (KLA) is an aggressive complex lymphatic anomaly. Patients exhibit malformed lymphatic vessels and often develop hemorrhagic effusions and elevated angiopoietin‐2 (Ang‐2) levels. A somatic NRAS p.Q61R (NRASQ61R) mutation has been associated with KLA.

Domain Representations Induced by Dyadic Subbases [PDF]
We study domain representations induced by dyadic subbases and show that a proper dyadic subbase S of a second-countable regular space X induces an embedding of X in the set of minimal limit elements of a subdomain D of $\{0,1,\perp\}\omega$.

ABSTRACT Background Families of children with cancer experience significant financial strain, even with universal healthcare. Indirect costs, such as productivity losses and non‐medical expenses, are rarely included in economic evaluations, and little is known about how effectively financial aid programmes alleviate this burden. Childhood brain tumours

Inpatient Food Insecurity and Pediatric Hematology Oncology Hospitalization Outcomes
ABSTRACT Children with cancer and blood disorders are at risk for food insecurity (FI). We aimed to describe the association of inpatient food insecurity (IFI) and hospitalization outcomes among patients admitted to the pediatric hematology oncology service. Of 325 caregivers screened for IFI, 60 (18.6%) screened positive.

On countably perfectly meager and countably perfectly null sets
We study a strengthening of the notion of a universally meager set and its dual counterpart that strengthens the notion of a universally null set. We say that a subset $A$ of a perfect Polish space $X$ is countably perfectly meager (respectively, countably perfectly null) in $X$, if for every perfect Polish topology $τ$ on $X$, giving the original ...
