Switched-coupled-inductor inverter
2013 IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition, 2013A new family of switched-coupled-inductor inverters has been proposed in this paper, with voltage buck-boost function. In voltage-fed switched-coupled-inductor inverter, a boost function can be implemented by introducing an extra shoot-through state on the inverter bridge.

COUPLED INDUCTORS-BASED CHAOTIC COLPITTS OSCILLATOR
International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, 2011In this paper, a new chaotic circuit is introduced, conceived by considering a Colpitts oscillator with the inclusion of two further elements: a coupled inductor and a variable resistor. The proposed circuit exhibits a rich dynamics that has been experimentally characterized through the bifurcation diagram with respect to the resistor value.

Coupled-inductor analysis and design
1986 17th Annual IEEE Power Electronics Specialists Conference, 1986A new coupled-inductor multiple air-gap structure is proposed and analyzed. These EI and EE core configurations eliminate many of the problems associated with the earlier single air-gap structures such as: high sensitivity of ripple currents to air-gap and/or turns ratio changes, complex winding arrangements and consequent high costs and inferior ...

Coupled-Inductor L-Source Inverter
IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics, 2017Coupled-inductor L-source inverter is proposed in this paper. Compared to other existing impedance source inverters, the proposed inverter has a unique advantage that makes the proposed inverter flexibly work in two current modes: continuous conduction mode (CCM) and discontinuous conduction mode (DCM).

Coupled-inductor based multilevel inverter
2017 14th International Conference on Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ECTI-CON), 2017In this paper, a new hybrid coupled inductor multilevel inverter (HCIMLI) is proposed. The common characteristic of the coupled inductor inverters is to provide parallel paths for the output current. Therefore, the switching devices operate in lower current rate compared to the rated output current.

Automatic tuning of coupled inductor filters
2002 IEEE 33rd Annual IEEE Power Electronics Specialists Conference. Proceedings (Cat. No.02CH37289), 2003A coupled inductor filter is presented with interesting notch mode filtering characteristics. Although this configuration has been long established, it has received little attention. The new contribution of this paper is to provide an automatic tuning process that can make use of the frequency domain characteristics of the coupled inductor building ...

Evaluation of coupled inductor Voltage Regulators
2008 Twenty-Third Annual IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition, 2008Usually for a CPU voltage regulator (VR), there are several different coupled inductor VR setups to improve the CPU VR performance. For example, there are three different coupled inductor VR setups for a 6 phase CPU VR: 3*2 phase coupled inductor VR, 2*3 phase coupled inductor VR and 1*6 phase coupled inductor VR.

New coupled-inductors current-doubler topology
IEEE 34th Annual Conference on Power Electronics Specialist, 2003. PESC '03., 2003Point-of-load DC-DC converters for current and next generation of ICs for communication systems and microprocessors are increasingly becoming stricter than ever. This is due to the required tight dynamic tolerances allowed for supply voltages and high dynamic performance demand coupled with very high power density.
