ABSTRACT Objective Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is characterized by progressive motor neuron degeneration. Glycolytic dysregulation is implicated in disease progression, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study investigates how Aldolase A (ALDOA) drives ALS progression through glycolysis‐mediated motor neuron pyroptosis.

Coupled Coincidence Point and Coupled Common Fixed Point Theorems in Partially Ordered Metric Spaces with -Distance

We introduce the concept of a -compatible mapping to obtain a coupled coincidence point and a coupled point of coincidence for nonlinear contractive mappings in partially ordered metric spaces equipped with -distances.

The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.
