A Critical Investigation of Coupled Inductors SEPIC Design Issues
This paper discusses design issues of single-ended primary-inductor converter (SEPIC) with coupled inductors (CIs). The main investigation is focused on the correlation existing among the size of coupling capacitor, the magnetic coupling factor of CIs ...

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.

We first identified functional murine mitochondrial N‐formyl peptides (MT‐FPs) and investigated their effects on the in vitro myeloid‐derived suppressor cell (MDSC) generation from bone marrow cells. We demonstrated that MT‐FPs acted directly on bone marrow cells to promote MDSC generation and modulated the polymorphonuclear (PMN)‐MDSC/monocyte (M ...

Tapped Switched-Coupled-Inductors Γ-Source Inverter
This paper introduces a novel tapped switched-coupled-inductors Γ-source inverter (TSCL-ΓSI) with modified cell and high voltage boost ability. Unlike Γ-source inverter, input current in proposed topology is continuous which eliminates enormous inrush ...

Development of human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 by yeast display
Human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 are generated by yeast display‐guided selection. These antibodies bind to soluble and cell‐surface forms of TARM1. Also, these antibodies exhibit agonistic activity in the NFAT‐GFP reporter assay, indicating that TARM1 signaling can be functionally modulated by antibodies and suggesting TARM1 as a potential ...

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Bisphenol A (BPA), a common chemical in plastics, exerts dual effects on bladder cancer cells: low doses promote growth and migration, while high doses suppress growth and migration. Multi‐omics and bioinformatics reveal BPA acts via MAPK and inflammatory pathways.

High-Conversion-Ratio Bidirectional DC–DC Converter With Dual Coupled Inductors
In this paper, a high-conversion-ratio bidirectional DC–DC converter with dual coupled inductors is proposed. In the boost mode, two capacitors are parallel charged and series discharged by the dual coupled inductors.
