Dual-Band and Wideband Bandpass Filters Using Coupled Lines and Tri-Stepped Impedance Stubs [PDF]

open access: yesMicromachines, 2023
In this paper, two bandpass filters—one with a dual-band response and the other with a wideband response—were designed, implemented, and experimented with.

A Novel Synthesis of Quasi-Chebyshev Ultra-Wideband Bandpass Filter Using Nth Order Stub Loaded Coupled-Line Resonator

open access: yesMicromachines, 2023
This paper presents a novel synthesis of a quasi-Chebyshev Nth order stub-loaded coupled-line ultra-wideband bandpass filter. A unit element of a proposed filter topology consists of two short-circuited stubs loaded at the edges of coupled lines.

Design of a Compact Quad-Channel Microstrip Diplexer for L and S Band Applications

open access: yesMicromachines, 2023
In this paper, two novel dual-band bandpass filters (BPFs) and a compact quad-channel diplexer working at 1.7/3.3 GHz and 1.9/3.6 GHz are proposed. In the proposed diplexer design, triangular loop resonators and rectangular loop resonators are used ...

Axial couplings on the world-line [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 1996
We construct a world-line representation for the fermionic one-loop effective action with axial and also vector, scalar, and pseudo-scalar couplings. We use this expression to compute a few selected scattering amplitudes. These allow us to verify that our method yields the same results as standard field theory.

Dual‐band bandpass filter using two simple coupled microstrip rings

open access: yesEngineering Reports, 2021
A new dual‐band bandpass filter (BPF) using two very simple coupled microstrip rings is proposed in this paper. The two identical 3λg/2 microstrip rings are coupled each other with λg/2 coupled length, resulting in the generation of dual frequency bands ...

Analytical Design of Dual-Band Negative Group Delay Circuit With Multi-Coupled Lines

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
This paper develops an innovative design method of a multi-coupled line (CL) topology of low-loss dual band negative group delay (NGD) circuit. The proposed is conceived using three transmission lines (TLs) with different length in which integrate two ...

Measurement of Soil Moisture Using Microwave Sensors Based on BSF Coupled Lines

open access: yesEngineering Proceedings, 2023
This research introduces the conceptualization and examination of a microwave sensor incorporated with a microstrip band stop filter. The microwave sensor’s design and assessment are based on the microstrip’s parallel coupled lines, employing a band stop

Strong Coupling beyond the Light-Line [PDF]

open access: yesACS Photonics, 2020
Strong coupling of molecules placed in an optical microcavity may lead to the formation of hybrid states called polaritons; states that inherit characteristics of both the optical cavity modes and the molecular resonance. Developing a better understanding of the matter characteristics of these hybrid states has been the focus of much recent attention ...
