ESCRT‐Mimetic Nanodegrader Targets STING for Anti‐Inflammatory Therapy

A nanoplatform‐enabled targeted protein degradation strategy is presented to regulate aberrant STING signaling. STING‐ATTEC induces selective autophagic degradation of STING via formation of a STING–ATTEC–LC3 ternary complex, while the cationic FA‐LNP+ system enhances LC3 generation and targeted delivery. Tumor‐Intrinsic ARHGEF3 Enhances Antitumor Immunity by Promoting T‐Cell Infiltration and Limiting Myeloid Cell‐Mediated Immunosuppression

ARHGEF3 is broadly downregulated across human cancers and correlates with patient prognosis. Tumor‐intrinsic ARHGEF3 activates the RHOA–ROCK–PTEN cascade to inhibit AKT signaling, thereby promoting chemokine‐driven T‐cell infiltration and relieving lipid‐mediated myeloid immunosuppression.
