An approach to distributed asynchronous multi‐sensor fusion utilising data compensation algorithm
(1) Initially, recognising the prevalence of data loss in local sensors within asynchronous networks, a data loss compensation strategy is proposed. This approach enables local sensors to reconstruct missing data information, thereby maintaining a stable estimation performance despite data disruptions.

In order to solve the problem of tracking RGTs when the FoV of cooperative sensors is limited, we propose a filter with the centralised fusion of LMB densities. The proposed filter incorporates undirected graph‐based group topology modelling during the LMB prediction step to enable state correction through real‐time group structure estimation ...

Splitting and Combination Group Target Tracking With Adaptive Fast Density Peak Partition
This paper uses the gamma Gaussian inverse Wishart probability hypothesis density (GGIW‐PHD) filter framework to study the group target splitting and combination tracking problems. For nearest neighbour group target, the prediction fast density peak partition algorithm is also proposed.

Distributed multi‐target tracking via consensus‐based Arithmetic Average fusion
This article introduces a novel multi‐target tracking fusion algorithm for distributed Airborne passive radar networks, tackling the challenges of the limited sensor field of view and information fusion. Utilising Labelled Multi‐Bernoulli filters and a consensus strategy, the proposed LMB Consensus Arithmetic Average fusion algorithm effectively ...

A novel multi‐target TBD scheme for GNSS‐based passive bistatic radar
The paper presents a novel approach to enhance low‐altitude surveillance in urban and suburban areas using GNSS‐based passive bistatic radar systems. Despite challenges such as weak signal power budget and complex multi‐target tracking, the proposed method introduces a track‐before‐detect (TBD) strategy with a DCCF‐based cluster centroid extraction ...

A new Bayesian statistical framework based on the multiple‐model dynamic model and TBD measurement model for tracking low‐observable manoeuvering targets using multiple sensors is proposed. Further, the authors derive a scalable BP inference method to develop a multi‐sensor multi‐target tracking algorithm for the scenario with low‐observable ...

The authors propose an improved multi‐target extended tracking scheme GCI‐GGIW‐PMBM (Generalised Covariance Intersection GGIW‐PMBM) for the authors’ real‐time large‐scale aquaculture tracking sensor network. The detailed recursion and closed‐form solutions of the proposed filter can be derived by approximating the intensity of newborn and potential ...

CPHD filters for unknown clutter and target-birth processes
The "background-agnostic" CPHD filter was introduced at the 2010 SPIE Defense, Security and Sensing Symposium in 2010. It is a CPHD filter that is capable of operation when both the clutter background and the target-detection profile are unknown and ...
