Geometry of CR-Slant Warped Products in Nearly Kaehler Manifolds
Recently, we studied CR-slant warped products B1×fM⊥, where B1=MT×Mθ is the Riemannian product of holomorphic and proper slant submanifolds and M⊥ is a totally real submanifold in a nearly Kaehler manifold. In the continuation, in this paper, we study B2×

Abstract We prove the existence and uniqueness of a torsion-free and h-metric linear connection ▽(CR connection) on the horizontal distribution of a CR manifold M. Then we define the CR sectional curvature of M and obtain a characterization of the CR space forms.

A CLASSIFICATION OF SPHERICAL SYMMETRIC CR MANIFOLDS [PDF]
AbstractIn this paper we get different characterizations of the spherical strictly pseudoconvex CR manifolds admitting a CR-symmetric Webster metric by means of the Tanaka–Webster connection and of the Riemannian curvature tensor. As a consequence we obtain the classification of the simply connected, spherical symmetric pseudo-Hermitian manifolds.

Do not let thermal drift and instrument artifacts deceive high‐temperature nanoindentation results. We compare classical Oliver–Pharr and automatic image recognition analyses across steels and a Ni alloy to quantify these effects. Accounting for artifacts reveals systematic softening with temperature, while Cr and Ni additions boost resistance ...

Strongly pseudo-convex CR space forms
For a contact manifold, we study a strongly pseudo-convex CR space form with constant holomorphic sectional curvature for the Tanaka-Webster connection.

This study shows that superalloys used in aircraft engine disks become much more prone to deformation at high temperatures if they have been strained during manufacturing. This effect increases with the level of prior strain but eventually reaches a limit.

Steklov problems for the p−Laplace operator involving Lq-norm
In this paper, we are concerned with the study of the spectrum for the nonlinear Steklov problem of the form {Δpu=|u|p-2uin Ω,|∇u|p-2∂u∂v=λ‖u‖q,∂Ωp-q|u|q-2uon ∂Ω,\left\{ {\matrix{{{\Delta _p}u = {{\left| u \right|}^{p - 2}}u} \hfill & {{\rm{in}}\,\Omega ,

This work studies the anisotropic behavior of circular notched tensile specimens of Ni‐base superalloy single crystals during high‐temperature tensile creep along [001], [110], and [111]. Correlative scale‐bridging imaging of specimens reveals early rupture along [110] because 1) plastic deformation proceeds faster at notch center; 2) more (brittle ...

CR-submanifolds of Some Lorentzian Manifolds and K-manifolds
In this paper I have studied about CR(Cauchy-Riemann)-submanifolds of Lorentzian Concircular Structure manifold ((LCS)n-manifold), Lorentzian Para-Sasakian(LP)-cosymplectic manifold, S-manifold and Generalized Kenmotsu (GKM) manifold. I have discussed some results regarding distribution, structure vector field, totally geodesic submanifold, leaf etc ...
