Engineering Human Donor Derived Germinal Center‐Like Organoids (GCLOs) for Studying Immune Response to Vaccination

We bioengineered a new approach methodology of generating Germinal Center Organoids that self‐organize from human blood‐derived immune cells. These immune organoids reproduce key features of humoral immunity, IgG production, and plasmablast emergence.

Oxygen‐Assisted MOCVD Growth of Monolayer PtSe2 Films With Bandgap Opening for Semiconducting FET Channels

Monolayer PtSe2 films are successfully grown via optimized MOCVD, achieving uniform coverage over a 1.5 cm × 1.5 cm area. Oxygen‐assisted growth effectively removes carbon impurities, ensuring high film quality. Porcine Deltacoronavirus M Protein Binds NLRP3 to Promote Inflammasome Assembly via Competition with TRIM31

Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) infection induces severe intestinal inflammation and acute diarrhea in piglets, yet the molecular mechanism remains incompletely understood. The M protein activates NLRP3 inflammasome through dual mechanisms: direct binding to the NLRP3 LRR domain and disruption of TRIM31‐mediated K48‐linked ubiquitination.
