Calculation of critical charge of bipolar memory circuits
IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 1989Two types of responses to alpha-particle-induced disturbance in bipolar memory circuits are differentiated. One is charge sensitive, and the other one is current sensitive. A method of calculating the critical charge for the current-sensitive bipolar memory circuits is proposed in order to evaluate the soft-error sensitivity of various memory circuits.

Critical indices for the charged Bose gas
Physics Letters A, 1973Abstract A self-consistent version of the static random phase approximation leads to a quasi-particle energy satisfying ϵ(k)=Akv for small k, where v ≈ 1.8. The critical indices are those of an ideal Bose gas with this spectrum.
