Dynamic Monte Carlo Measurement of Critical Exponents
Based on the scaling relation for the dynamics at the early time, a new method is proposed to measure both the static and dynamic critical exponents. The method is applied to the two dimensional Ising model.

Geometrical interpretation of critical exponents
We develop the hypothesis that the dynamics of a given system may lead to the activity being constricted to a subset of space, characterized by a fractal dimension smaller than the space dimension. We also address how the response function might be sensitive to this change in dimensionality.

Effect of Zn doping on the magneto-caloric effect and critical constants of Mott insulator MnV2O4
X-ray absorption near edge spectra (XANES) and magnetization of Zn doped MnV2O4 have been measured and from the magnetic measurement the critical exponents and magnetocaloric effect have been estimated.

Critical Exponents of the Superconducting Phase Transition
We study the critical exponents of the superconducting phase transition in the context of renormalization group theory starting from a dual formulation of the Ginzburg-Landau theory. The dual formulation describes a loop gas of Abrikosov flux tubes which

A critical-exponent Balian–Low theorem [PDF]
Using a variant of the Sobolev Embedding Theorem, we prove an uncertainty principle related to Gabor systems that generalizes the Balian-Low Theorem.

Critical exponents in quantum Einstein gravity
The quantum Einstein gravity is treated by the functional renormalization group method using the Einstein-Hilbert action. The ultraviolet non-Gaussian fixed point is determined and its corresponding exponent of the correlation length is calculated for a ...
