Personalized Selumetinib Dosing in Pediatric Neurofibromatosis Type 1: Insights From a Pilot Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate selumetinib exposure using therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in pediatric patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and plexiform neurofibromas (PN), assess interpatient pharmacokinetic variability, and explore the relationship between drug exposure, clinical response, and adverse effects.

Some functionals on compact manifolds with boundary

open access: yes, 2016
We analyze critical points of two functionals of Riemannian metrics on compact manifolds with boundary. These functionals are motivated by formulae of the mass functionals of asymptotically flat and asymptotically hyperbolic ...

Metric Criticality Identification for Cloud Microservices

open access: yesCoRR
Modern cloud-native applications built on microservice architectures present unprecedented challenges for system monitoring and alerting. Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) face the daunting challenge of defining effective monitoring strategies across multitude of metrics to ensure system reliability, a task that traditionally requires extensive manual ...

Critical Metrics for the Determinant of the Laplacian in Odd Dimensions [PDF]

open access: yesThe Annals of Mathematics, 2001
Let M be a closed compact n-dimensional manifold with n odd. We calculate the first and second variations of the zeta-regularized determinants det^\primeΛand det L as the metric on M varies, where Δdenotes the Laplacian on functions and L denotes the conformal Laplacian. We see that the behavior of these functionals denotes the conformal Laplacian.

Preferences of Pediatric Patients and Their Caregivers for Chemotherapy‐Induced Nausea and Vomiting Control Endpoints: A Mixed Methods Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Purpose Although not always achieved, complete chemotherapy‐induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) control is the conventional goal of CINV prophylaxis. In this two‐center, mixed‐methods study, we sought to understand the preferences of adolescent patients and family caregivers for CINV control endpoints.
