Reaction‐Time pH Stabilization by Poly(acrylic acid) with Ethanol‐Mediated Growth Control for Efficient Hydrothermal Sb2(S,Se)3 Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Poly(acrylic acid) acts as a reaction‐time pH buffer during hydrothermal Sb2(S,Se)3 growth through its COOH/COO‐ equilibrium. When combined with ethanol‐regulated growth, this buffering strategy reduces Sb‐O related surface disorder, improves local electronic uniformity and carrier collection, and increases the champion solar‐cell efficiency to 10.25%,

Direct Growth of 2D Bilayers on Au(111) for Low‐Coercive Sliding Ferroelectricity

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Controlled CVD growth of stacking‐defined bilayer ReS2 on Au(111) enables parallel‐stacked bilayers with intrinsic sliding ferroelectricity, a strong piezoelectric response, and an ultralow coercive voltage. Atomic‐resolution imaging and in situ measurements further reveal the decisive role of clean interfaces in achieving low‐barrier ferroelectric ...

Sandbar Migration Due to Cross-Shore Sediment Transport; A Case Study of Noshahr Coasts, Iran

open access: yesInternational Journal of Maritime Technology, 2017
Cross-shore sediment transport is one of the effective factors in erosion and sedimentation, and affects dynamics of the beach profile in coastal areas. Furthermore, sandbar migration due to cross-shore sediment transport mostly effects beach nourishment,

Interactions between Hydrodynamic Forcing, Suspended Sediment Transport, and Morphology in a Microtidal Intermediate-Dissipative Beach

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
This study aims to investigate the hydrodynamic-morphological interactions on a microtidal intermediate-dissipative beach under low to moderate wave energy conditions using field measurements during two climatic seasons.

Seasonal changes in beach resilience along an urbanized barrier island

open access: yesFrontiers in Marine Science, 2022
Beach width, dune height, and vegetation coverage are key parameters to assess beach resistance and resilience to storms. However, coastal development often causes beach ecosystem degradation due to poor coastal management.

Magneto‐NIR‐II‐Programmed Cascade Nanozymes Unlocking Blood–Brain Barrier Translocation and Autophagic Resistance in Glioblastoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Magneto‐NIR‐II‐programmed NFSH nanozymes integrate magnetic blood–brain barrier (BBB) translocation, CD44 targeting, multimodal imaging, and cascade catalytic therapy for glioblastoma. Alternating magnetic fields and NIR‐II irradiation amplify ferroptosis, release H2S, suppress autophagic and mitophagic repair, and reshape the immune microenvironment ...

An Experimental Study on Cross-Shore Sediment Transport [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
The cross-shore sediment transport in a coastal region causes the important changes in beach morphological properties. The accurate estimation of the cross-shore sediment transport is important for the designing of the marine structures such as seawalls,

3D Printed Meter‐Scale Soft Origami Robots Capable of Load‐Bearing Actuation Via Crease Stiffness Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Origami has inspired numerous soft deployable mechanisms for safe human‐robot interaction, while its intrinsic kinematic instability at arbitrary configurations limited their practical robotic application. This work presents a 3D printed meter‐scale origami robotic actuator capable of load‐bearing deformation through creaseline stiffness modulation.
