A triple-level cell charge trap flash memory device with CVD-grown MoS2
This study investigates the triple-level cell (TLC) memory retention of a MoS2-channel based charge trap flash (CTF) device. A top-gated CTF device with a high-κ gate dielectric is found to have a high coupling ratio, which enhances the tunneling ...

A dielectric columnar thin film (CTF), characterized macroscopically by a relative permittivity dyadic, was investigated theoretically with the assumption that, on the nanoscale, it is an assembly of parallel, identical, elongated ellipsoidal inclusions ...

Controlled traffic farming increased crop yield, root growth, and nitrogen supply at two organic vegetable farms [PDF]
Increased farm machinery weight in agricultural production results in soil compaction. Controlled traffic farming (CTF) restricts traffic to permanent lanes, thereby creating traffic free beds for crop production.

Hierarchical Summary Statistics Encoding Across Primary Visual and Posterior Parietal Cortices
This study shows that mouse V1 simultaneously encodes the ensemble mean and variance of motion, providing a robust summary‐statistic representation that persists despite single‐neuron variability. These signals propagate to PPC, where they are transformed into abstract category representations during decision making.

The butterfly unfolded wing in an open form structure of botulinum neurotoxin type A (BoNT/A) at physiological‐state was confirmed at 2.85 Å resolution by cryo‐electron microscopy (cryo‐EM). Structure‐guided protein engineering significantly enhanced the receptor‐binding affinity, therapeutic efficacy, and safety of the engineered toxin variants ...

The clinical task force: Improving quality of medical students’ internship
Background: Up to 40% of young medical doctors feel that the internships prepared them insufficiently for the clinical work. This study investigated whether a Clinical Task Force (CTF) could improve internship quality. Methods: The CTF visited internship

Collisionless evaporation from cluster elliptical galaxies [PDF]
We describe a particular aspect of the effects of the parent cluster tidal field (CTF) on stellar orbits inside cluster Elliptical galaxies. In particular we discuss, with the aid of a simple numerical model, the possibility that collisionless stellar ...
