Characterization of combinatorial Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films
The kesterite Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) is considered as a possible absorber layer in future photovoltaic (PV) applications. The abundance of its constituent elements along with the material being non-toxic and having a direct band gap of around 1.5 eV make it an attractive material for solar cell applications.
