This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Cubic splines solutions of the higher order boundary value problems arise in sandwich panel theory
An inventive strategy is bestowed here to acquire the numeral roots of nonlinear boundary value problems(BVPs) of 14th-order utilizing cubic splines. Two cubic splines; Polynomial and non-polynomial, are exploited to find out the solutions of nonlinear ...

Metrics and isospectral partners for the most generic cubic PT-symmetric non-Hermitian Hamiltonian [PDF]
We investigate properties of the most general PT-symmetric non-Hermitian Hamiltonian of cubic order in the annihilation and creation operators as a ten parameter family.

ABSTRACT Objective To (1) validate GAD65‐ELISA detection and quantification for type 1 diabetes mellitus and autoimmune neurological diagnoses, (2) correlate ELISA results (reference range < 5 IU/mL) with established radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIA; ≤ 0.02 nmol/L), and (3) define ELISA clinical utility and pitfalls.

Refined Analytical Approximations to Limit Cycles for Non-Linear Multi-Degree-of-Freedom Systems [PDF]
This paper presents analytical higher order approximations to limit cycles of an autonomous multi-degree-of-freedom system based on an integro-differential equation method for obtaining periodic solutions to nonlinear differential equations.

Limit cycles in piecewise smooth perturbations of a class of cubic differential systems
In this paper, we study the bifurcation of limit cycles from a class of cubic integrable non-Hamiltonian systems under arbitrarily small piecewise smooth perturbations of degree n . By using the averaging theory and complex method, the lower and upper bounds for the maximum number of limit cycles bifurcating from the period annulus of the ...

Objective We assessed the effectiveness of PrismRA to improve clinical outcomes among patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) initiating treatment with a biologic or targeted synthetic disease‐modifying antirheumatic drug (b/tsDMARD). Methods PrismRA incorporated 19 gene expression features and four clinical features to assess a patient's likelihood of

In this paper, we show that a center-focus critical point of cubic differential systems with two affine non-parallel invariant straight lines of total multiplicity three is a center type if and only if the first five Lyapunov quantities vanish.

Linearizability problem of persistent centers
The concepts of persistent and weakly persistent centers were introduced in 2009 and the same concept was applied in the study of some families of differential equations in 2013.
