This work presents a current mode filter circuit that makes use of only the MOS transistors and its parasitic elements like the transconductance and gate-to-source capacitance. The core circuit, which shows the ac equivalent circuit, has only three MOS transistors. The proposed circuit has a very basic circuit structure and a small layout area.
