A current mode continuous-time adaptive filter

Design and implementation of a VLSI current mode continuous-time adaptive filter is described. The simplicity of the Laguerre approximation proposed allows operation at high frequencies. A bandpass adaptive filter with central frequency at 10 MHz and quality factor of ten, demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed approach.

New current-mode universal biquad filter

A new current-mode universal biquadratic filter using only two second generation current conveyors and a minimum number of passive components is presented. The proposed configuration can realize the second-order low pass, high pass, band pass and band reject responses simultaneously.

Current-mode SITO filter using a single active component

In this paper, current-mode filter using new active component, namely; current backward transconductance amplifier (CBTA) is presented. The proposed filter uses two resistors, two capacitors and only one CBTA. It has low active and passive sensitivities. The validity of the proposed circuit is demonstrated by PSPICE simulations and experimental results.

A CMOS Digitally Programmable Universal Current-Mode Filter
