Current-controlled CCDDCC with controlled current gain

2011 IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Automation Engineering, 2011
This paper presents a new active building block for analog signal processing, called the current-controlled differential difference current conveyor (CCDDCC) with controlled current gain. Its parasitic resistance at X-terminal can be controlled by an external bias current and the current at Z-terminal can be electronically controlled by a current ratio

Phase-Controlled Currents in Semiconductors

Physical Review Letters, 1995
The direction of emission of photoexcited electrons in semiconductors is controlled by adjusting the relative phase difference between a midinfrared radiation and its second harmonic. This is achieved by using quantum interference of electrons produced with one- and two-photon bound-to-free intersubband transitions in AlGaAs/GaAs quantum well ...

Current controlled fully balanced current conveyor

APCCAS 2008 - 2008 IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems, 2008
This paper presents a current controlled fully balanced second-generation current conveyor circuit (CFBCCII). The proposed circuit with the fully balanced structure can restrain odd order harmonic distortion and common-mode disturbing signal effectively. Furthermore, the circuit has the property of current controllability, which can adjust its interior

New current-mode current-controlled filters using the current-controlled conveyor

International Journal of Electronics, 1998
New current-mode current-controlled filters are proposed. The proposed realization requires three dual-output positive/negative-type current-controlled current conveyors (CCCII±) and can simultaneously realize low-pass, high-pass and band-pass responses. Realization of notch and all-pass responses is feasible. The parameters ω0, ω0/Q0 and the band-pass

On the realization of the current controlled current-mode amplifier using the current controlled conveyor

International Journal of Electronics, 1999
The current controlled current-mode amplifier proposed by Fabre et al. (1996, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems—I, 43, 82) is reanalysed to show that it can work not only under small signal conditions, as suggested by Fabre et al., but also under large signal conditions. Simulation results which confirm the theory presented are included.
