A Single MO-CFTA Based Electronically/Temperature Insensitive Current-mode Half-wave and Full-wave Rectifiers [PDF]
The article presents a current-mode full-wave rectifier employing multiple output current follower transconductance amplifier (MO-CFTA). The both circuits description is very simple, it merely comprises only single MO-CFTA, without external passive ...

New full‐wave rectifier based on modified voltage differencing transconductance amplifier
A full‐wave rectifier based on a modified voltage differencing transconductance amplifier‐MVDTA and four n‐MOS transistors (or inverting full‐wave rectifier), with no use of any passive elements is proposed in this paper.

A Current‐mode Logarithmic Function Circuit [PDF]
A new current‐mode analog circuit configuration that implements the function ln (x/y) is proposed. The circuit uses bipolar transistors and resistors and is suitable for integration. In the proposed circuit the ratio (x/y) can be larger or smaller than unity. Simulation results are included.

A Novel Super Transistor-Based High-Performance CCII and Its Applications
In this paper a high-performance low-voltage low-power CMOS second-generation current conveyor (CCII) is presented. The proposed CCII is based on super transistor (ST) and enables low input impedance at X terminal and high output impedance at Z terminal.

Static power minimization in current-mode circuits [PDF]
We propose a method involving selective signal gating to minimize power dissipation in current-mode CMOS analog and multiple-valued logic (MVL) circuits employing a stack of current comparators. First, we present an approximation model for current in a current comparator circuit.
