Current mode AB class WTA circuit
ICECS 2001. 8th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (Cat. No.01EX483), 2002In this paper novel AB class current mode WTA circuits that set foundations for low power programmable VLSI neural networks and other applications are proposed. The 8-WTA circuit has been simulated, fabricated and measured. Results are presented and discussed.

A technique for the reduction of the input resistance of current-mode circuits
1998 IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems. Surfing the Waves of Science and Technology (Cat. No.98EX196), 2002A novel technique, able to theoretically nullify the input resistance of a generic current-in circuit is presented. The method does not reduce the dynamic swing of the original circuit to which it is applied, hence allowing low-voltage operations to be achieved.

From the circuit standpoint, this machine could be classed as a mixed synchronous-asynchronous system in which the outputs of chains of logic are often sampled by clock pulses.

MWSCAS-2002., 2003A feedforward configuration for realizing second-order voltage-mode allpass transfer functions with complex poles using voltage-mode op-amps is converted to a feedforward current-mode scheme for the realization of second-order current-mode allpass transfer functions with complex poles using current conveyors.

A Current-Mode Memristor Emulator Circuit
2020In this paper, a new current-controlled memristor emulator circuit based on voltage differencing transconductance amplifier (VDTA) as an active circuit element is proposed. The proposed emulator circuit is simulated on the 180 nm CMOS technology node making it both cost and power-efficient emulator circuit.

Delay components of a current mode logic circuit and their current dependency
IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 1995The delay of a CML circuit can be described in terms of the delay elements of a bipolar transistor such as junction capacitors C/sub BC/, C/sub BE/, C/sub CS/and a cutoff frequency f/sub T/. A new analysis method is proposed to calculate a CML delay. The nonlinear conductance of a bipolar transistor is approximated by a piecewise linear function.

Current Mode Maximum and Minimum Circuit
