A current-mode CMOS fuzzy logic controller

International Journal of Automation and Control, 2008
In this paper, design and simulation of a current-mode CMOS Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) is presented. The proposed controller is composed of Membership Function Circuit (MFC), fuzzy inference engine with min-product method and current-mode defuzzification circuit.

Modeling and controller design of a current-mode controlled converter

IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 1994
In this paper, the reduced-order dynamic modeling and controller design of a push-pull DC-DC converter with current-mode control are presented. First, the small-signal equivalent circuit of the converter and its corresponding transfer function model are found.

New current-mode current-controlled filters using the current-controlled conveyor

International Journal of Electronics, 1998
New current-mode current-controlled filters are proposed. The proposed realization requires three dual-output positive/negative-type current-controlled current conveyors (CCCII±) and can simultaneously realize low-pass, high-pass and band-pass responses. Realization of notch and all-pass responses is feasible. The parameters ω0, ω0/Q0 and the band-pass

On the realization of the current controlled current-mode amplifier using the current controlled conveyor

International Journal of Electronics, 1999
The current controlled current-mode amplifier proposed by Fabre et al. (1996, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems—I, 43, 82) is reanalysed to show that it can work not only under small signal conditions, as suggested by Fabre et al., but also under large signal conditions. Simulation results which confirm the theory presented are included.

Modeling of ${\rm V}^{2}$ Current-Mode Control

IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers, 2010
Recently, V2 constant on-time control has been widely used to improve light-load efficiency. In the V2 implementation, the nonlinear PWM modulator is much more complicated than usual, since not only is the inductor current information fed back to the modulator but also the capacitor voltage ripple information.
