Current control in overmodulation range for space vector modulation based vector controlled induction motor drives

2000 26th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society. IECON 2000. 2000 IEEE International Conference on Industrial Electronics, Control and Instrumentation. 21st Century Technologies and Industrial Opportunities (Cat. No.00CH37141), 2002
Overmodulation enhances the power utilization of the installed capacity of a voltage source inverter. A space vector strategy is used for constant switching frequency inverters. In order to achieve the overmodulation a modified reference signal with nonuniform angular velocity is generated using a preprocessor.

Vector current controlled voltage source converter-deadbeat control and saturation strategies

IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2002
This paper presents a voltage source converter connected to a grid with software specially designed for limited control voltage. The voltage source converter uses a deadbeat vector current controller. The paper deals with limiting reference voltage, integrator windup and delay time compensation.

Control of DFIG Wind Turbine With Direct-Current Vector Control Configuration

IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy, 2012
The doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) wind turbine is a variable speed wind turbine widely used in the modern wind power industry. At present, commercial DFIG wind turbines primarily make use of the technology that was developed a decade ago. But, it is found in this paper that there is a limitation in the conventional vector control technique ...

A novel vector control hysteresis current controller for induction motor drives

IEEE Power Engineering Review, 1994
In this paper, a novel vector control hysteresis current controller for induction motor drives is proposed. Coordination of three phase switches is made in the d-q phase plane. In addition to the current error, information of the current error derivative is further employed so that one can take full advantage of adding the zero voltage vector for ...

A new hardware embedded current control PWM based on current deviation vector

2008 34th Annual Conference of IEEE Industrial Electronics, 2008
This paper presents a new hardware embedded current control PWM named ldquoiPWMrdquo, which was developed based on current hysteresis PWM. iPWM generates PWM signals to the inverter using current deviation vector derived from current feedback and current reference. It is expected that the iPWM can improve performance of inverter.

Vector Control of PMSM Drive with Single Current Sensor

2020 IEEE Students Conference on Engineering & Systems (SCES), 2020
This paper presents a current-estimation technique by a single current sensor for vector-controlled Permanent Magnet Synchronous-Motor (PMSM) drive. This estimates the two-phase currents for a three-phase machine in the stationary reference frame.

Unified space vector PWM control for current source inverter

2012 IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition (ECCE), 2012
This paper presents two modulation methods for current source inverter both in SVPWM point of view: Discontinuous-PWM (DPWM) and Continuous-SVPWM (CSVPWM), and proposed the third method Pulse-Width-Amplitude-Modulation (PWAM), also based on SVPWM theory. Different switching sequences of DPWM are proposed and compared.

Unified Complex Vector Current Controller for AC Machine Drives

2018 International Conference and Exposition on Electrical And Power Engineering (EPE), 2018
In electric drives, steady-state and the transient system characteristics are both essential for high-performance industrial applications. In a control chain with current, speed and position loops, the bandwidth of the first inner loop imposes practically the performances of the others.

[Prevention and control of leishmaniasis vectors: current approaches].

Parassitologia, 2004
Phlebotomine sandflies (Diptera: Psychodidae) are the suspected or proven vectors of Leishmania spp. in at least 88 countries, including over 40 Phlebotomus species in the Old World and a further 30 belonging to the genus Lutzomyia in the New World. In recent years, both cutaneous (CL) and zoonotic visceral leishmaniasis (ZVL) have become increasingly ...
