The Transformation of Customer Satisfaction Become Customer Delight
Consumer satisfaction is considered a prerequisite for the emergence of positive behavior. It is not always the case. Several previous studies have suggested that it is not enough to simply provide satisfaction for customers because there is some low correlation between satisfaction and loyalty.

ABSTRACT This paper explores Swedish consumers' protein preferences by estimating the willingness‐to‐pay (WTP) for minced meat and plant‐based proteins in pasta sauce from an in‐store experiment (n = 206) and an online discrete choice experiment (n = 517). On average, the WTP was highest for minced meat.
