The cerebral palsy directed acyclic graph: A structural causal model of aetiology
The first international cerebral palsy directed acyclic graph (CP‐DAG) maps over 100 nodes and 370 links across biological, clinical, and social domains, offering a unified causal framework to guide research and identify knowledge gaps. Abstract Aim To describe the development of the initial version of the cerebral palsy (CP) directed acyclic graph ...

Genetic testing in paediatric neurological disorders
In this study 390 paediatric patients with neurological disorders underwent genetic testing via exome sequencing, commercial panel, in‐house epilepsy, and movement disorder gene panels. Exome sequencing provides the highest diagnostic yield, and severe developmental delay and hypotonia predicted pathogenic variants in the exome sequencing cohort ...

An integrated framework combining geometric morphometrics and ecological niche modeling was applied to Cydalima perspectalis to assess intergenerational morphological variation, test sexual dimorphism, and predict future distribution under climate scenarios. Wing shape effectively discriminated between generations but not between sexes.

CVA AND WRONG WAY RISK CVA AND WRONG WAY RISK
This paper proposes a simple model for incorporating wrong-way and right-way risk into CVA (credit value adjustment) calculations. These are the calculations made by a dealer to determine the reduction in the value of its derivatives portfolio because of
