Electroactive Proteinoid–Quantum Dot Systems
Proteinoid‐quantum dot conjugates form toroidal nanostructures (145.2 nm outer diameter, 102.3 nm cavity) via glutamic acid‐phenylalanine‐aspartic acid‐cysteine cross‐linking with sulfo‐SMCC (sulfosuccinimidyl 4‐(N‐maleimidomethyl)cyclohexane‐1‐carboxylate).

Zinc Ion‐Releasing Gelatin‐Based Bioadhesives for Wound Management
Zn2+‐releasing adhesive hydrogels are developed using ZnO2‐mediated disulfide crosslinking, Zn2+‐thiol metal coordination, and thiol‐ene reaction. These hydrogels show rapid gelation, strong tissue adhesion, and controlled Zn2+ and H2O2 release. They promote hemostasis, modulate inflammation, and enhance angiogenesis, highlighting their potential as ...

The Mechanism of NLRP3 Inflammasome Activation and Its Roles in Chronic Rhinosinusitis
ABSTRACT NLRP3 (NLR family pyrin domain containing 3) is one of the crucial receptors in pathogen recognition receptor (PRR) families which can recognize the pathogen‐associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and the damage‐associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), thus triggering innate immune response. After NLRP3 activation, it recruits the adaptor protein
