Two-dimensional cyclic codes over a finite chain ring
In this paper, we have determined the generators and rank of a 2D cyclic code of length mn over a finite chain ring â with residue field đ˝q, where m is arbitrary and q ⥠1(mod n).

Loss of protonâsensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pHâsensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumorâassociated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21âactivated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and longâterm estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing βâcatenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the βâcatenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumorâassociated cellular ...

LUNAR is a liverâspecific long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) that is highly expressed in normal liver but becomes epigenetically silenced in hepatocellular carcinoma through promoter hypermethylation. Loss of LUNAR is associated with NOTCH activation, epithelialâmesenchymal transition, and metastasis, whereas restoring LUNAR restrains metastatic progression ...

On Quasi-Cyclic Codes of Index 3
Quasi-cyclic codes of index 3 over finite fields are studied. We give a classification of such codes. Their duals with respect to the Euclidean and Hermitian inner products are investigated.

Interferon type 1 (IFNâ1) production and signaling is associated with the acquisition of therapy resistance, following chronic DNA damage, via Interferonârelated DNA damage resistance signature (IRDS) gene expression. An alternative, DNA damageâindependent role of sustained IFNâ1 mediated resistance was identified and characterized by the emergence of ...

On reversibility problem in DNA bases over a class of rings
Let [Formula: see text] be a non-chain ring of characteristic 4, where [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text]. In this article, we discuss reversible cyclic codes of odd lengths over the ring [Formula: see text].

Timeâresolved Xâray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under nearânative conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for lightâtriggered TRâXSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calciumâtransporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...
