Analysis of Staphylococcus aureus Molecules in Non-Treated Blood Using Mercury Immobilized Carbon Nanotube Sensor

open access: yesMolecules, 2022
Staphylococcus aureus bacteria is a ubiquitous Gram-positive microorganism that causes infections related to the sudden infant death syndrome. Recently, basic detection methods depend on complicated PCR amplification, electric separation, spectric ...

Cyclic Voltammetric Measurements of Growth of Aspergillus terreus

open access: yesAnalytical Sciences, 2001
A detailed study using the cyclic voltammogram was done on the live cells of Aspergillus terreus. The peak current values were obtained for different days of growth and plotted against time. The response of cyclic voltammogram showed the phases of the growth of the fungus.

Cyclic Voltammetric Measurements of Neurotransmitters

open access: yesThe Electrochemical Society Interface, 2017
Electrochemical monitoring of neurotransmitter release, a central mechanism for neural communication, provides a powerful means of accessing sub-second information about this phenomenon. Robust interpretation of the electrochemical signals to access this information, however, requires careful consideration of the selectivity of measurements.

CTAB immobilized carbon paste electrode for the determination of mesalazine: A cyclic voltammetric method

open access: yesSensing and Bio-Sensing Research, 2017
The electrochemical behavior of mesalazine (MSZ) was investigated at CTAB immobilized CPE in 0.2M PBS of pH7.4 by cyclic voltammetric technique. The modified electrode was exhibited a good electrochemical activity towards the oxidation of mesalazine ...

A cyclic voltammetric synthesis of PbS nanoparticles

open access: yesElectrochemistry Communications, 2005
Abstract A novel electrochemical method for the synthesis of PbS nanoparticles in aqueous phase was developed for the first time. With lead as the sacrificial anode and poly(N-vinylalcohol) as the stabilizer, PbS nanoparticles were synthesized very conveniently by means of a cyclic voltammetric process at room temperature in a sodium sulfide aqueous ...

Electroanalytical determination of metronidazole in tablet dosage form [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2013
In this study, the electrochemical reduction and determination of metronidazole were easily realized in Britton-Robinson buffer (pH = 4.01) using UTGE by cyclic voltammetric (CV) and differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) techniques.

Cyclic Voltammetric and Chronoamperometric Deposition of CdS

open access: yesMATERIALS TRANSACTIONS, 2013
CdS was electrochemically deposited on ITO using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry (CA) in aqueous solution. To fabricate the CdS thin films, a potential ranging from ¹0.3 to ¹1.2V was applied for CVand a constant potential of ¹1.1V was applied for CA (Ag«AgCl).
