Hydrothermal Synthesis of WO3·0.33H2O Nanorod Bundles as a Highly Sensitive Cyclohexene Sensor
In this paper, WO3·0.33H2O nanorods were prepared through a simple hydrothermal method using p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) as an auxiliary reagent.

Selective Heck Arylation of Cyclohexene with Homogeneous and Heterogeneous Palladium Catalysts
Palladium catalysts containing Pd(II) supported on Al2O3 and alumina-based mixed oxides, Al2O3-ZrO2, Al2O3-CeO2, and Al2O3-Fe2O3, are very effective in the Heck coupling of iodobenzene with cyclohexene in DMF solution.

Catalyzed Oxidation of Cyclohexene and Cyclooctene with First Row Transition etallophthalocyanines [PDF]
First row transition metal complexes of phthalocyanine are employed as catalysts for the oxidation of cyclohexene and cyclooctene using iodosylbenzene and pentafluoroiodosyl benzene. The catalysis was performed in dichloromethane: methanol:water (80:18:2)

Shape-controlled nanostructured MoO3/CeO2 catalysts for selective cyclohexene epoxidation
This study reported a vital role of CeO2 shape on the structure-activity properties of MoOx/CeO2 catalysts for cyclohexene epoxidation. Uniform dispersion of MoOx on the surface of shape-controlled CeO2 nanocubes (average particle size: 23.5 nm) and ...

Mesoporous Co3O4 as a New Catalyst for Allylic Oxidation of Cyclohexene
Mesoporous cobalt oxide was investigated for the liquid phase oxidation of cyclohexene using tertiobutylhydroperoxide (TBHP) as an oxidant. The results were compared with several series of supported cobalt catalysts to study the influence of the cobalt ...

This work demonstrates a double desymmetrization of meso‐dicarboxylic acids with symmetrical olefins, constructing complex chiral lactones with six stereocenters in one step. Unexpectedly, the halide bond was found to be crucial in achieving high stereoselectivity.

Stereodivergent Synthesis of Three Contiguous Stereogenic Centers by Cu/Ir‐Catalyzed Borylallylation
An alkene borylallylation strategy enabled by cooperative Cu/Ir‐catalysis has been uncovered for accessing three contiguous stereogenic centres. This strategy is notable given the inherent challenges of constructing molecules with multiple stereocenters while maintaining high selectivity bearing diverse functional groups.
