Sensitive electrochemical immunosensor for CYFRA21-1 detection based on AuNPs@MoS2@Ti3C2T composites

Talanta, 2022
Cytokeratin fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) is a sensitive marker for detecting non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Ti3C2Tx modified by gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) were synthesized for the first time to obtain the AuNPs@MoS2@Ti3C2Tx composites, which have large specific surface area and good electrocatalytic properties.

Electrochemiluminescent immunoassay for the lung cancer biomarker CYFRA21-1 using MoOx quantum dots

Microchimica Acta, 2019
Molybdenum oxide quantum dots (MoOx QDs) were synthesized by a one-pot method and used as a versatile probe in an electrochemiluminescent (ECL) immunoassay of the non-small cell lung cancer biomarker cytokeratin 19 fragment 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) as a model analyte. The MoOx QDs exhibited stable and strong cathodic green ECL, with an emission peak at 535 nm,

The establishment of detecting cytokerantin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1) with immunofluorescence chromatography

2017 2nd International Conference on Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics (ICARM), 2017
This study was designed to develop a immunofluorescence chromatography kit for detection of CYFRA21-1 in human serum, and to evaluate the method performance. The fluorescent polystyrene particle conjugated with the monoclonal antibody MIC07 was used as a fluorescent label.

Antigen-Down PEC Immunosensor for CYFRA21-1 Detection Based on Photocurrent Polarity Switching Strategy

Analytical Chemistry, 2022
In this work, an antigen-down photoelectrochemical (PEC) immunosensor based on a signal polarity switching strategy for the detection of cytokeratin 19 fragment 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) was proposed. 3,4,9,10-Perylene tetracarboxylic acid (PTCA) is a conjugated organic dye containing five benzene nuclei, which has excellent film-forming and optical properties.

Serum CYFRA21-1 as a prognostic marker for patients with undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Biomarkers, 2010
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the potential of serum CYFRA21-1 and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) as prognostic markers in patients with undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Sixty-one patients who received definitive radiotherapy/chemoradiotherapy were analysed retrospectively.

[Clinical usefulness of serum CYFRA21-1 in colorectal cancer].

Gan to kagaku ryoho. Cancer & chemotherapy, 1996
Serum CYFRA21-1 levels were studied in 127 cases of colorectal cancer. The positive rates for serum CYFRA21-1 were 34.6% in primary colorectal cancer. There was a significant correlation between the positive rates of serum CYFRA21-1 and liver metastases, peritoneal dissemination, lymph node metastases, or clinical stage.

Background-free and signal-amplified upconversion fluorescent biosensing platform for sensitive detection of CYFRA21-1

Talanta, 2023
Accurate and ultrasensitive detection of cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA21-1) is of vital importance for screening and diagnosis of potential lung cancer patient. In this paper, surface-modified upconversion nanomaterials (UCNPs) capable of aggregation by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) were used as luminescent materials for the first time ...

Mechanisms of the release of CYFRA21-1 in human lung cancer cell lines

Lung Cancer, 2000
The CYFRA 21-1 assay which detects cytokeratin 19 (CK19) fragment is widely used as a tumor marker for lung cancer. However, the reason why some lung cancer cell lines release CK19 fragment in culture supernatants and others do not, remains unclear. It was hypothesized that the release of CK19 fragment may be elucidated by the expression of mRNA for ...

Serum Cytokeratin 19 Fragment (CYFRA21-1) as a Prognostic Factor in Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

Annals of Surgical Oncology, 2007
A high serum cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA21-1) concentration in patients with various cancers is associated with poor prognosis. This study aimed to establish the clinical significance of preoperative serum CYFRA21-1 in patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.CYFRA21-1, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), and carbohydrate antigen (CA) 19-9 ...

CYFRA21-1 can predict the sensitivity to chemoradiotherapy of non-small-cell lung carcinoma

Biomarkers, 2010
The increasing panel of systemic therapies enables the individual management of lung cancer patients, even in advanced stages. However, predictive tools indicating the efficacy of chemoradiotherapy (CRT) are badly needed. To determine the tumour markers for predicting the therapeutic effect in non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) patients treated with ...
